Bengaluru-based paediatric healthcare company Hoola Health has acquired early-childhood development platform UpTodd and is preparing to launch Hoola 1,000 Days, a new care programme for families with children from birth to two years.

The programme is planned for December 2026 and aims to bring paediatric consultations, specialist support and child development guidance together under one platform.

The acquisition will add UpTodd's child development programmes, educational content and parent engagement capabilities to Hoola Health's healthcare services.

UpTodd Founders Join Hoola

UpTodd was founded by Abhishek Singh, Devesh Kaushik and Richa Singh. Following the acquisition, the three founders will continue working with Hoola across areas including technology and therapy services.

Hoola Health was founded in 2024 by Deeksha Senguttuvan and was earlier known as BabyMD.

The company operates neighbourhood paediatric clinics and provides services such as paediatric consultations, vaccinations, developmental assessments and therapy support.

Hoola 1,000 Days Covers a Child's Early Years

The new Hoola 1,000 Days programme is designed around the period from birth until a child's second birthday.

Families enrolled in the programme are expected to get unlimited consultations with Hoola paediatricians and specialists. These consultations can happen online or at Hoola clinics depending on the family's needs.

The programme will also provide a dedicated Care Concierge, who will help families schedule appointments, connect them with the right specialists and manage different healthcare needs.

Support From Birth to Two Years

Hoola plans to structure the programme around different stages of early childhood.

During the first six months, the focus will include newborn care, feeding, vaccinations and growth.

From six to 12 months, families will receive guidance around nutrition, sleep and introducing solid foods.

Between one and two years, the programme will focus on developmental milestones, behaviour, nutrition and regular health needs.

Families can also join before childbirth. Planned services include maternal nutrition support, prenatal yoga and a pre-birth paediatric consultation.

Moving Beyond One-Time Doctor Visits

Hoola says its experience of working with families showed that parents often need support beyond individual clinic visits.

Founder Deeksha Senguttuvan said the company's goal is to build a healthcare partner that stays with families as children grow and their needs change.

The Hoola 1,000 Days programme is therefore designed as a longer-term care model instead of focusing only on visits when a child is unwell.

Acquisition Terms Not Disclosed

Hoola Health has not disclosed the financial terms of its acquisition of UpTodd.

The company has also not yet shared the number of clinics it currently operates, the exact geographic reach of Hoola 1,000 Days at launch, or the programme's pricing.

Hoola has opened a waitlist ahead of the planned December 2026 launch.

With UpTodd's child-development expertise and Hoola's paediatric healthcare network, the company is looking to build a more complete support system for parents during one of the most important stages of a child's early life.
