Design-led kitchen and bathroom brand Lorazzo has raised Rs 15 Cr in its latest funding round as it looks to expand its product range and build a stronger presence across India.
The round was led by Sauce, with follow-on investment from Sprout Venture Partners. Panthera Peak and Alteria Capital also participated in the round.
Funding to Drive Product and Market Expansion
Lorazzo plans to use the fresh capital to launch more products, strengthen product development, hire new talent and expand its online and offline sales channels.
The company will also focus on entering more markets across India and building a stronger local presence as it grows its distribution network.
Karan Kathpalia, Vice President at Sauce, said the home improvement market has a strong opportunity to build new consumer brands as customers increasingly discover and buy products online. He also highlighted the traction Lorazzo has built in kitchen and bathroom fittings, a category that has traditionally depended heavily on offline sales.
Founded by Jatin Luthra and Saurabh Gupta
Founded in 2024 by Jatin Luthra and Saurabh Gupta, Lorazzo is building a modern brand around kitchen and bathroom products by combining design, technology and everyday functionality.
Its product portfolio includes faucets, sinks, shower systems, bidets, wash basins, smart toilets, mirrors, cabinets and other home improvement products.
The company follows an omnichannel model, selling through e-commerce, quick commerce and offline retail channels.
Smart Bathroom Products at the Core
One of Lorazzo's key products is the Intelli Smart Commode, a technology-enabled cleansing WC designed with features such as a heated seat, electronically operated bidet, air dryer, ambient lighting and digital temperature control.
Priced at Rs 58,999, the product is positioned as a more affordable option compared with similar international products that can cost between Rs 1.5 lakh and Rs 5 lakh.
Lorazzo also offers warranties of up to 20 years on selected products, including kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, mirrors, cabinets and faucets. The company also provides installation and after-sales support across India.
Sixfold Revenue Growth
Lorazzo said its revenue has grown six times over the last 12 months, showing strong demand for its products.
With the latest funding, the company now plans to expand its product portfolio, strengthen its distribution network and enter more markets. Lorazzo is targeting Rs 100 crore in revenue over the next two years.
As Indian consumers spend more on better-designed homes and smart products, Lorazzo is looking to bring technology and modern design into traditionally functional categories like kitchen and bathroom fittings.
